Independent football service

Last Season is an independent football archive and decision-support service. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with or an official product of the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, The Football Association, FIFA, UEFA or any club unless a page expressly says otherwise. Names and marks belonging to third parties remain their property.

Fantasy advice

Fantasy suggestions are informational opinions based on the data and rules shown on the relevant page. Football is unpredictable, data can be delayed or wrong, and we do not guarantee points, rankings, availability or results. Check official team news, deadlines, prices and game rules before acting. The assistant is not a gambling service and must not be used to run paid competitions or to make betting decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your email account and devices. Sign-in links are personal and must not be shared. You must provide an email address you are entitled to use and must not attempt to disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer access controls or misuse the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Pro season pass

The founding Pro season pass is a one-off payment of £19 and does not renew automatically. Unless checkout states otherwise before payment, access lasts until 30 June 2027. The checkout page will show the final price and payment terms before you confirm. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If something has gone wrong, contact jack@lastseason.co.uk and we will try to resolve it fairly.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace or retire features, correct data, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control. We will take reasonable care when operating paid features and will avoid materially reducing an active paid pass without a reasonable alternative or remedy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Last Season and Spires Digital are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by reliance on fantasy advice, or third-party websites. Free tools are provided as available. For a paid service, our total liability relating to that service will not exceed the amount you paid for it, except where the law requires otherwise.
